From an introduction to an old letter:
I left the Government on February 10, 1978, a fact I can now establish from this letter. From Chicago two prophets had prophesied of an earthquake in California causing great destruction. One month later, a massive one centered in Chicago. The split was to have effected the entire Mississippi Valley. Two weeks after that Russia would invade after having launched a limited nuclear attack one week after the Chicago Quake. It would hit mainly military targets and leave most of the country free.
When I had my first experience with the Lord I saw this nation devastated, a wilderness. From that time, about 1967, I would talk about what I had seen. The Prophesies from 1974 were brought to my attention in a church meeting here, in Huntingtown, Maryland, in 1978. There were a few of us who met as a small group. Being baptized in the Holy Spirit or exercising the gifts of the Holy Spirit was new to us then.
The leader said there were some prophets from Chicago who talked about the same things I was always talking about. Chuck Youngbrandt and Cliff Collins made audio tapes of what they had heard from the Lord. These tapes were copied over and over again. Often people just placed two tape recorders in a room, one playing and one recording. Since they did not use a direct cable connection, the resulting tapes were very poor in quality and you missed much. I remember listening to them in this very room.
From there I began to talk to more and more people. People from the National Security Agency near Fort Meade, Maryland, where I worked, confirmed some of what was on the tapes. They could confirm the World-Wide events spoken of on the tapes but could not tell me about it.
One family was getting out of the service and moving to Quincy, Illinois. They invited me to come and stay with them after leaving the government. Another man's mother knew Ruth M......, who lived in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Their extended family had moved from Miami from there because of the same kind of fears. We made one trip from Laurel Maryland to Wilkesboro some time in 1978.
THE CHICAGO PROPHESIES, The Judgment of America
{Written circa 1998, with a little present-day editing.} "I have no copy of the prophesies that came out of Chicago in 1974 in front of me now. I will reconstruct from memory: It was said that there would be extreme weather conditions to include floods in diverse places. There would be intense heat in the summer followed by rain and floods. There would be a great earthquake in California.
One month later there would be an earthquake in the Midwest, centered in Chicago. That quake would cause a wall of water from lake Michigan to inundate the city. One prophet told of seeing this huge wall coming towards a bridge in the city.
Only one man was seen to be kneeling and praying. After the water had swept over the bridge he was the only one left. The split from the earthquake would run all the way down the Mississippi valley to the sea. One woman, {not one of the Chicago Prophets,} told of seeing people reaching down to pull other people out of the dividing earth. She said she even saw arms that were severed being replaced in the name of Jesus.
{The Chicago Prophets continued:} A week after this catastrophe Russia launches a thermonuclear attack on the United States. It is a more selective strike than was thought for and it mainly hits the military targets in this country. {Large areas of the United States are still habitable.}
A period of time after that Russia invades the United States of America with the help of China and Japan. Seven years of occupation follow. During this time of occupation an underground church arises. It consists of three groups:
1] One group travels between churches. {The Out-Reachers}
2] Another group acts as the clergy. {The Unifiers}
3] I do not remember the third group at this time. {May have been more Militant in nature} There will be a guerilla army that will trouble the conquerors during the entire time of the occupation. It will be mainly composed of children and will be Christian in tone.

The day I came to the LORD, before I knew what a vision was, I saw myself walking through a devastated United States of America. You need to accept Jesus as LORD and make what preparations He would have you make. This site has basic only, survival information, hence the name Survival Primer, or beginning teaching book. Most of the information has been gleaned from the internet. The entire site, Survival and Christian, is saved to a single CD disk that you can own. The Christian teaching is from my church, and is original to it. God has changed my life through the ministry of my church. God will change yours, through Jesus Christ, if you let Him. My prayer is that God lead you into all truth, and that the abiding love that is expressed through His Son, Jesus Christ, come to rule and abide and infill your life, perfectly. Paul.
