The simple way to escape Hell whether you think you are a Christian or not.

Matthew 7: 21. Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. AMP

This is Jesus speaking when he was giving the sermon on the mount. As He was concluding the sermon, the first conclusion that he came to was that you cannot and will not enter into the kingdom of heaven unless you do the will of the Father in heaven. That means you must choose to do the will of the Father at all times, not one time, once in awhile, or even most of the time. You must choose to do His will when it is not convenient, or to your advantage. You must choose to do His will even when it seems to not be in your best interest. You must not even try to do things for God thinking you are doing His will. If you do, you will be separated from his presence forever. Here are the verses that say that

22 Many will say to Me on that day, (judgment day) Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name?

23 And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].

24 So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be like a sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock.

25 And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.

26And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a stupid (foolish) man who built his house upon the sand.

27 And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell--and great and complete was the fall of it. AMP

Here is the same passage from the Message Bible.

21 "Knowing the correct password--saying "Master, Master,' for instance--isn't going to get you anywhere with me. What is required is serious obedience--doing what my Father wills.

22 I can see it now--at the Final Judgment thousands strutting up to me and saying, "Master, we preached the Message, we bashed the demons, our God-sponsored projects had everyone talking.' 23 And do you know what I am going to say? "You missed the boat. All you did was use me to make yourselves important. You don't impress me one bit. You're out of here.'

24 "These words I speak to you are not incidental additions to your life, homeowner improvements to your standard of living. They are foundational words, words to build a life on. If you work these words into your life, you are like a smart carpenter who built his house on solid rock.

25 Rain poured down, the river flooded, a tornado hit--but nothing moved that house. It was fixed to the rock.

26 "But if you just use my words in Bible studies and don't work them into your life, you are like a stupid carpenter who built his house on the sandy beach.

27 When a storm rolled in and the waves came up, it collapsed like a house of cards." MSG

If you are now convinced that Jesus was speaking the truth and you want to do something about it you can right now. Just say. Everyday and in Every way, I choose to submit my will to the Will of my Father in Heaven. Just keep repeating it until you begin to know without doubt that you have genuinely submitted your will to the Will of the Father. How will you know? You will begin to see yourself change in many ways and in may circumstances and you will begin to know that you are changing.

If you are not convinced, read the following statements, and put a check mark under

A for almost always S for sometimes N for almost never

A S N

__ __ __ My attitude is to always do the will of my Heavenly Father, regardless.

__ __ __ I usually decide what I am going to do without considering the Father's will

__ __ __ When someone upsets me I react without asking God what He would do.

__ __ __ I try to figure out what God wants me to do without asking Him.

__ __ __ I always try to do things that I think is best for me.

__ __ __ I always try to do things that I think is best for the other person.

__ __ __ I always try to do things that I think would please God

__ __ __ I ask my Heavenly Father what he would have me to do before reacting.

__ __ __ I react to situations that bother me before thinking about it

__ __ __ I react before asking God what he would do about what is happening.

Most people will react in three ways when they read these statements. One, they will feel convicted and want to do something about it. Two, they will feel condemned and not want to submit their will to the will of God. Or Three, they may feel somewhat convicted, but they will feel that they have plenty of time to submit their will to the Will of God. My suggestion is that you don't wait. The only surety you have that you are alive is the last breath you took. The next breath could be your last. And the next thing you could hear is "depart from me for I never knew you." I don't believe you want to spend eternity in hell. I believe you want to experience the beauty of heaven. Remember, the only is requirement is that you choose to do the will of Your Father in Heaven. Everyday in Every way, I submit my will to the Will of My Father in Heaven.
