Please read and meditate on what it is saying. In Jesus, Dwight Jeremiah 17 : 9 "For the human heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can ever hope to understand it or probe the depths of its evil?" I the spirit, I saw two human hearts side by side, as though separated by a long horizontal line. The hearts were easily recognizable as human hearts. They both had two auricles and two ventricles. They both had four chambers. They both were pumping blood to the other parts the of the bodies to which they were attached. But beyond this, they shared no more similarities. The heart on the left was old and worn - out. It was diseased, cankered and cancered. It was corrupted by the deceitfulness of sin and corrupted by the lifelong pursuit of the deceitfulness of riches as an end in itself. At no point in time had this heart ever sought after God or even attempted to pursue after His will. This heart had not even made a token inquiry into the things of God, much less ever made a concerted inquiry into His will. This heart on the left was divided into four discernable chambers. This heart had the appearance of being fractured and fragmented. It did not work together as one cohesive, integrated unit. This heart did not pump blood in unison and beat erratically, arrhythmical and fibrillated. There was no cadence, no rhythm and no symphony to its beating. It was as though each chamber was beating independently of the other three chambers and trying to assert its own agenda and mandate, completely oblivious to the needs and wants of the other chambers. One chamber simply did not care what that other chambers wanted. It was out for itself and none other, even at the expense of the other chambers. Each chamber was named. Starting at the top left and moving clockwise, the chambers were named, in order : Chamber 1 : I am God. Chamber 2 : I am proud of being my own God. I can lift myself up and be proud at being my own god, and I can judge and condemn myself and put myself down when, not if, I fail at being my own god. Chamber 3 : I have all of the power and authority that I need inherently residing within myself to carry this out ; that is being my own god. Chamber 4 : I am deceived, deluded and beguiled into believing all of that foolishness and nonsense is even possible. That heart is on its last leg after a lifelong pursuit of the above, demanding its own way, even to God, and pursuing the deceitfulness of riches as an end in itself. The heart muscles are weak and beginning to atrophy. If a medical examiner were to examine this heart, he would say it does not have much longer to beat. It is too far gone to have any hope of restoration. When it does try to sputter out a regular beat, its unpredictable cadence erratically says, "My will, thump thump, be done. My will, thump thump, be done. My will, thump thump, be done." There can be no doubt that this is the condition of the human heart, corrupted and deceived over a lifetime by our Anti - Christ spirits, residing in our human spirits. "For the human heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked. Who can ever hope to understand it or even begin to probe the depths of its evil? Jer. 17:9 Ezekiel 36 : 26 - 27 "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statues, and you will be careful to observe my ordinances." The appearance and condition of the human heart on the right side of this spiritual page is just the polar opposite. It is hale and hearty and strong as the proverbial ox. Its healthy heart muscle beats with a strong, regular, uninterrupted cadence. It does not miss a beat. All four chambers beat in harmony, unison and symphony. No chamber beats independently of another. No chamber is trying to assert its own agenda and mandate. They have one mandate only : God's will be done! When it beats, it thumps out this cadence : God's will...thump thump, be done...thump thump. God's will...thump thump...be done, thump thump. This new heart never misses a beat and never tires. This heart is designed to beat and live forever. This heart has sought after the will of God all of its life, never veering or swerving to the right or left, even for a brief second. It will live forever. This new heart also has four chambers. Starting in the upper left corner and progressing clockwise, they are named, in order, Chamber 1 : Jesus is God. Chamber 2 : Jesus is not proud and there is no more condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus. Chamber 3 : Jesus has all true power and authority, in heaven, on the earth and underneath the earth. Chamber 4 : Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. This new heart worked together as one cohesive, integrated unit, beating in perfect, undisturbed cadence, with only one agenda and mandate in mind : For the perfect will of God to be done at all times, in every person, place and circumstance, just like as is currently happening in heaven. With that mind - set firmly in place and that free - will - choice etched in stone, this new heart is guaranteed to remain healthy and live and beat forever! Isn't that good news? There can be no doubt, that this is the result of our hearts, after Jesus Christ has replaced Anti - Christ in our human spirits, our human hearts reaping the benefit. Hebrews 8 : 10 - 12 "For this is the covenant that I will make with the House Of Israel. After those days, says the Lord, I will put my laws into their minds, and I will write them upon their hearts. And I will be their God, ands they shall be my people. And they shall not teach everyone his fellow citizen, and everyone his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord, Know the Lord,' for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more." Well, that is the imagination. God, as the Supreme Commander of the entire universe, is in a unique position to grant us whichever heart we want, depending on our free - will choice. What is your choice? Remember, God honors our free - will choices, and not necessarily our prayers. He will grant us our free - will choices. Apparently, my free - will choice is not as rock solid as I had once thought, or else the Lord would not have shown me this imagination. I believe I have some repenting to do.
